We make every effort to be as honest and accurate as possible in describing our catalog items. All are guaranteed to be as represented. We do, however, offer a 7-day return policy consisting of a full refund less shipping upon receipt of the item in its original shipped condition. To qualify for a full refund less shipping, you must notify us by email within 7 days of the date of receipt. Do not return items without prior email notification, as this may result in delivery after the 7-day deadline. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Items purchased in a free-shipping promotion will be refunded in full minus the actual shipping costs.

In the event that a Art Indusearth product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Layaway

Art Indus Earth offers its customers an interest-free layaway plan that makes it possible to stretch payments over three or four months without paying a penalty. Our layaway program is 100% interest-free. Once an item has been ordered, payments are arranged in three or four installments over a period of as many months. The first credit card installment is paid at the time of the order, then the others each month thereafter. Upon completion of all payments, the item is delivered. Art Indus offers interest-free layaway plans as a courtesy to its clients to facilitate the purchase of fine antique objects. In order to continue offering this service, we rely on our customers' commitment to prompt payment before the due date. If, at anytime, you decide to cancel the order or return the purchased item, Art Indus Earth will refund you all installments paid minus a 20% restocking fee plus any credit card fees incurred by us up to the cancellation date. It is your responsibility to inform us of changes in credit card status and to make sure that funds are available. If, for any reason, payment is not received by the due date and/or a credit card charge is declined, we will notify you by email. You will have 48 hours to address the problem. If, after 48 hours, payment is not received/processed, a service charge equal to 10% of the due payment will be added to your account. If no payment is received after 30 days from the second notification (and no agreement has been reached on a new payment plan), we will cancel the sale and you will forfeit all previous payments.
